5. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
- No Refunds: All payments made through our platform are final and non-refundable. We do not process refunds under any circumstances.
- Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a transaction, you must do so before the order/service is processed.
- Once the service/product is delivered, no cancellations will be accepted.
6. FAILED OR DECLINED TRANSACTIONS
- We are not liable for any failed transactions due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, network issues, or technical errors.
- In case of double deduction, please reach out to us at support@hygia.in with proof of transaction.
- If funds are deducted but the transaction is not processed, the bank/payment gateway will automatically reverse the amount within 7 business days.
7. FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS
- If a transaction is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent, we reserve the right to block the account, cancel the order, and report the case to legal authorities.
- You agree to use only valid and authorized payment instruments.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free payment processing.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by payment gateway providers, banks, or third-party services.
- In no event shall our liability exceed the amount of the disputed transaction.
